Affordable places to live in England?

Are there good places to live in England where a man aged 22 Canadians can find a job that pays enough to survive and can get a place to live that will not cost more then I can do? My abilities are. driving (cars, normal trucks and large vans normal and high load, tractors) I lift my training. I've been training arborist. The care and gymnastics training. I worked as a janitor

the cost of living in the north of England is much cheaper than in the south, where some of Manchester and Leeds these cithies have much to offer.
